The application forms are optimized for Adobe Acrobat. The Adobe Reader will allow you to read but not save any changes. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, a free reader, FoxIt, will enable you to save the forms as you are filling them out. Please click FoxIt Reader to download it.

1. Right-click on the desired application form and choose “Save Target As…” to save on your computer as a PDF file.
2. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, click the FoxIt Reader link above to install FoxIt Reader on your computer.
3. Click “Start”, then “My Computer”, locate and right-click on the application form saved on your computer and choose “Open With …”, then select either Adobe Acrobat or FoxIt Reader. Remember: Adobe Reader will display the form but will not allow you to save changes!
4. The FoxIt Reader may ask you if you want to set FoxIt Reader as your default PDF viewer. Unless you want to, you can click “No”.
